Peter Ward

Peter moved to Moscow with his family at age 5, and that Russian experience stayed with Peter, kindling a deep interest in Russian village culture, which he continued to explore in 2011 volunteering on a farm in rural western Russia. Currently, he teaches Russian language courses here at UO.

Anastasia earned an MA in History with emphasis in Art History from St.Petersburg State University. She worked in theater and taught visual arts to children. At REEES she has taught RUSS 200-level language courses.

Sasha teaches Spoken Russian. He is studying human rights within the context of the interrelationship between government and religion.
